Nothing. Seriously there us nothing not to like about this place and experience. Found my happy place

We were in Scarborough visiting friends & family, we used to live here too so are very familiar with the surroundings but had no idea this fab little place was tucked away just off the main road in Cayton! Great facilities, clean showers and toilets. Lovely space for the kids and dog to play. Bed was super comfortable! Lovely bedding and extra blankets. Log burner inside for the colder months and fire pits outside. Plenty of logs provided. The whole site was very well looked after. My daughter loved going to see the horses several times a day. Pear tree hut had everything we could have possibly needed, a very cosy space for the 4 of us. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back

A little more attention to detail is needed with the cleaning of the hut. Dusty along the headboard shelf & very dusty and crumby under the bed and in the fold of the sofa bed and a cupcake wrapper was in the wash room of the hut? Very minor and did not put us off or affect our stay.

Trains running approximately every 90mins until 22.00 ish starting again at 06.30.
