Pear Tree Hut at Carr house farm

Very unique, had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy.

Loved everything no faults at all!

The accommodation was very good and the view was beautiful. We had a lovely stay.

Comfy bed, amazing shared shower room, log burner outside, decking area, nice views, horse field next door, train line, twinkly lights in the ceiling

The patio doors could do with a latch to keep them open. A fly screen would have been nice to keep the flies out whilst having the doors open. A loop somewhere to tie the dog lead to

Everything about this trip was perfect. So many little details that really made a difference, facilities so clean and in a stunning quiet area. Perfect little getaway and will definitely be returning

What a beautiful stay. Just want to start by saying how much effort the owners have put in to the interior in this hut it really is so lovely. Has everything you need literally! Bed was so comfy! Even had a electric blanket and heaters. Beautiful cosy fairy lights all around and lanterns plenty of lights. You got free wood and fire lighters for outside and in all ready for arrival which normally you have to pay extra. Very pet friendly. Spoke to owner on phone before arrival seemed super nice. The good thing is they leave you to it and you get privacy unlike alot of sites where owners are checking every half hour sometimes you can feel like walking on egg shells especially with 2 energetic kids but this was not the case here! Toilets are gleaming. Thanks for the stay will defo be returning x

What a gem! Only booked the property spontaneously a week before, but wish I’d planned it earlier so we could have stayed longer.Perfect location, perfect facilities, and a perfect nights sleep. Such a wonderful trip for our little family- thank you!

Communication from owners was excellent. The hut was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very well presented with a rustic feel. Everything worked. There has clearly been attention to detail when planning the huts and guests needs. Everything was clean and tidy. The compost toilet and the main toilet was clean. I honestly can't praise the owners enough. I've never used an airfryer, but was that impressed bought one for home! Night lights were very pretty.

It was beautiful my first time glamping ! It was clean relaxing we had amazing weather! We will definitely be returning as family again ! Everything was thought out that we would need it was such an easy perfect weekend

Unfortunately it wasn't as comfortable as we'd have liked as it was a bit of a learning curve for us with our 10 month old and it was very cold at night, this was purely down to our error allowing the log burner to die down and the wife discovered the heated blanket while making the bed in the morning. We'd definitely come again it didn't put us off
