Please note - this feedback is in relation to 6/24 Devonport Lane, St Albans - not the originally booked location. Grateful for the upgrade when advised an hour before checkin that the property had maintenance issues and we would need to go somewhere else. Grateful for the host answering our calls when the emails with new info didn’t come through in a timely manner. The property was well located in a lovely area(St Albans, not Hagley Park). It was warm, secure and the heating, TV, kitchen amenities and laundry facilities worked well.

The sofa bed was not as comfortable as hoped. The springs in the sofa and edges of the “square” shapes in the sofa were quite hard and made it challenging to get comfortable. A sandwich press would have been great as an extra facility.
