Great location and spacious room.

There are no curtains, just shutters to make it dark at night. We would have preferred curtains.

It was hot to sleep because the bedroom is on the second floor and there is no air conditioning. Apartment looks way better in the photos.

Communication was excellent Location is excellent The room is exactly as described not big but does the job Very cosy but wish it had a chair or lounge chair to sit on It's very hard to get into but the instructions are great with a video and photos. Good iron and ironing board There is a street light right outside the window but you can close the shutters and it blocks that out. The air conditioner is very loud but there is a fan so used that instead. It's in a great area close to everything- Como Lago train station, ferry's, bus stops, restaurants/bar and the Funicular.

Not much. I would have loved a dish cloth to wipe up things but that's very minor. There is a smell that comes up through the drain in the shower that was awful and when it rains, the drain makes a terrible noise and water comes up through it.

The location was good walking distance from everything

Where do I start the room seemed nice at first with a big bathroom and plenty of space. The hot water doesn’t work and we said something on the first day even worse the weather was rainy and cold so we wanted a hot shower couldn’t have one. They never came to fix it ruined our whole honeymoon experience every time we said something we got told let the water run for five minutes we did it got no warmer than room temp not freezing cold but like a swimming pool temp. The noise at night is ridiculous street noise till all hours bin trucks and people and music blaring

De ligging is prima. De kamer was inderdaad erg klein. Er was niets om op te zitten of om de koffer op te leggen.

Geen uitzicht en geen balkon of iets dergelijks. Had inderdaad beter voor iets duurders/groters kunnen kiezen.De badkamers was in verhouding heel groot. Was wel fijn want daar hebben we de koffers neergelegd.

Siisti ja hyvä sijainti. Kaikki toimi hyvin. Huoneessa oli kaikki mitä tarvitsee.
