AC didn’t work properly, poor internet, very noisy

Location is very central, easy to access, elevator, air con, high ceilings, beautiful decor, nice big bathroom.

Photos in booking.com are perhaps a little deceiving. The water view is an at angle if you stand at the window. We thought at first we had the wrong room but compared photos and realised the decor was the same. Don’t be put off it’s a great room in a terrific location but it’s important to know what you are paying for and it’s not an uninterrupted view to the water

The location is very central and convenient.

The A/C unit did not work, meaning that we had to keep the windows open. We contacted the number provided by message for assistance, but no one replied. The room is directly above a busy restaurant therefore it was extremely noisy at night.

It was fine - small bedroom, large bathroom. But location good, clean and good communication with host.

No living area.

Very nice style, big room and nice shower ans bathroom. Coffee tea facilities and a small fridge. And right next to the lake with many restaurants and shops.

View to an alley. But didn’t matter as we could just go outside

Very central and close to the lake with a Carre Four close by and coffee shops for morning pastries and coffee. Host was quick to respond to queries and requests.

The room is located above a bar/restaurant with very loud music and outdoor dining directly below. Expect noise until 2am. At 5am the garbage collection arrives and it gets noisy again with different collections (recycling etc). We were lucky to get more than 3 hours of sleep most nights. The shower in the bathroom will flood the bathroom and bedroom if put on full power. We had to roll up some towels to create a barrier for the water. We were only able to get Luke warm water from shower but we realised too late that turning the power down gave warmer water.

Very clean and fresh.

Nothing

The location, the spacious room and the large bathroom are all the things we liked. It was very clean. We enjoyed the coffee machine. We woke up everyday to singing birds. It was very nice. Our host was also good in communication and directions.
