Lake Vibes Suites by "The House Of Travelers"

Location was good next to the train station and ferry terminal. New bathroom and modern style throughout the property with clear check in instructions.

We arrived to the room for check in at 3pm, and the room had not been cleaned from the previous guests (tissues with bodily fluid let's say) next to the bed, bathroom also an absolute mess. I had to call to complain and they came and cleaned 1 hour + later. The room itself was okay, but was VERY noisy (see other reviews, you WILL be woken up at 5am by the bins outside the window), bed uncomfortable (pillows flat, bed springy) and there was no shampoo or shower gel in the containers in the shower. There was also no soap in the soap dispenser to wash your hands either. I never leave bad reviews, but this place needs improving - be weary before booking.

Three excellent things: location, service and the size. Location is just perfect! the size of the room also perfect! and we have a little technical issue that was solve the same day, service was also excellent.

Two things here: first the room was apparently very clean but under the bed was real mess (I look there cause an earing fell under it), they will take measures, I was told.

Weird smell at the entrance, misleading check in information, limited shower gel available.

I liked the location. Room was very clean modern and comfortable.

I did not like that was too hot and we could not turn off radiators. Also was very loud in very late evening from bars just right outside the windows… and in very morning few times something like big tank went next to us (possibly train or waste collection). Very frustrating…
