H’mong Eco House is in a fantastic location, a beautiful setting, very inviting and comfortable. We had a lovey dinner with the hosts and all of the facilities were very clean. The breakfast was delicious too! A great base for hiking :)

We stayed here as a family of 5 (3 children aged 18.16 and 13) and appreciated the early check in after our overnight train from Hanoi. It was a wonderful welcoming and friendly home within a truly rural setting, living within a traditional H’Mong community. We’re so pleased we chose to stay here instead of in Sapa.

As we were travelling in December, it was colder than at other times of the year and we needed our extra layers.

"The perfect countryside stay around Sapa."

We had a fantastic stay. The location 30min east of Sapa in the valley was great. Beautiful views and just a short walk to the village with restaurants. The last 300m are not accessible by car, only motorbike or walking, but our host took our luggage to the road by motorbike in order to take a taxi back to Sapa. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and it was lovely to enjoy the evenings on the terrace. Our host and his family were super friendly. We arrived earlier than expected in the middle of the night and got a room anyways. Breakfast was tasty, so was the (vegetarian) dinner we had one night. The trekking tour we booked through our host was exceptional.

Nothing. Just consider that it’s a more remote location in nature and bring enough cash.

It is a very nice and cozy home stay in an ideal location at Lao Chai village. The family was really kind and open and ready to help in anything . It was very calm and relaxing.

"Lovely host, great food and nice location with good view"

The host was super friendly, made good breakfast and dinner, helped us book Taxi, hike to Mount Fansipan and motorcycle. The room was clean, the bathroom is located outside, is clean and has a beautiful big shower. Lovely dogs and kids are coming around to play and he offered laundry service (wash+dry) for a fair price and it smelled great afterwards.

All perfect!
