I dont like the stay at all

Its a cozy room, not look like the pictures, lift not working, they dont have spoons, pillows were not clean. Balcony window is not getting locked, Tv was also not working, ac temp was not getting low beyond 23

Very poor mentality, they confirmed booking but after I reached the side they denied and were forced to cancel, at the midnight very dangerous experience.

Room service was not present. No kitchen was present. Everything we had to order from food apps. For staying longer this would create additional health and financial burden.
