"The stay was okay but they could have done better"

The location was good and the rooms were of decent size

The AC wasn't working properly. We complained and asked them to fix it and we went out. When we came back in the night it was still not cooling properly. Next morning we asked for toothpaste which was chargeable. The rooms did not have basic dental kit.

Resedence and lift was working

Hotel is not good..charged me extra for everything, floor and bed was not clean, arogant reception, asked too many questions, non support staff, water was not provided, breakfast was freaked for customer, 😠😞😞😞 shower was not working jet spray was too hard.
