I truly like everything about this place. Yes it needs a little touch-up here and there, but that does not take away from the location and view, quietness, and overall ambience of the facility

Very cozy and relaxing. I had a really great evening after a night on the town. Ferry can pick you up anytime of the evening.

"Will not come back until they renovate this hotel."

Very old property. They should close it and renovate and then open again.

The old smell in the room. The hotel room was very old and I could not stay but 2 days out of four and then I had to check out and go to the king hotel which they owned as well. Much better. I lost money because I could not get a refund for the days I didn’t stay.

"A great value hotel in the best location."

No breakfast option.

The advert stated there was a sofa bed but there was not. Just a sofa. We made do but it put the 3rd person in the party out.

"WE HAVE BEEN COMING TO HOTEL ON THE CAY SINCE 1976 AND HAVE MANY HAPPY MEMORIES OF IT."

THE VERANDA AT THE TOP OF THE HILL. SO QUIET IN THE EVENING, WITHA GOOD BREEZE BLOWING ACROSS IT.

EVERYTHIING WAS GREAT EXCEPT THE ROOM AIR CONDITIONING. IT QUIT WORKING ON TUESDAY AND WE WERE WITHOUT IT FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK THIS WAS ROOM 207 WHICH WAS A TRANSFER ROOM FROM THE UNIT WEEK WE OWN, 305/25 THE ROOM THAT WAS RENTED WAS GREAT. THAT WAS 303
