Hotel on the Cay

Hotel is older and IS in need of upgrading, but it is going to be renovated. Very clean and had everything we needed.

It did smell musty due to the age of the facility and its on the ocean...this bothered my allergies. But we would stay again

The staff were awesome. They listened and addressed all concerns. Being steps away from the beach is one of the best parts of this hotel and just a boat ride from the boardwalk that is filled with entertainment.

The property can use some renovations (which is coming). The rooms are very outdated.

This was our 10th stay at Hotel on the Cay. The beach and scenery are exceptional. The room is clean, but absolutely no frills. Be prepared for walking and lots of steps - no elevator.

The friendliness of the staff, location

The room was leaking when we first entered the room. There were towels placed throughout the room to collect water. We notified the staff. They insisted this happens when the balcony door is open with the AC running. Funny because the balcony door lock was broken and we couldn’t open.

I realize that the new owners want to fix this place up - but it really had the feeling of a condemned building. Cracked floor tiles, sagging mattresses, flecks of food in the sink. Dreary.

Bed was terrible

This is a very laid back place. It is out dated and needs painting and the pool is not working but over all all of the guests and staff were very friendly. Great Vaca.

The fact that they advertise a pool and it is not operational and doesn't look like it has been for some time. I think I should be compensated in some way for that.

This is the only beach in Christiansted so it’s a no brainer to stay here! The views are nice and the room has everything you could need.

The rooms aren’t anything special but for the price and location I don’t think it can be beat.

The only property with direct access to the beach which is super nice!
