Hotel on the Cay

Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The view was great and the ac worked well.

It was very noisy early in the morning. Between the Roosters, cars, trucks and doors slamming, sleeping in just wasn't in the cards.

Good location and located on the beach

Pictures of the rooms on bookings and their website are very inaccurate. Much older than shown in pictures. There was a big hole in my wall as soon as you walked in, my bed was on a wooden board over the frame, balcony doors didn't work and toilet handle was glued and taped onto my toilet.

Shower did not work. Screen doors did not open. Asked to be placed away from iguanas. Request was approved via email.. When I arrived, my room was right outside the iguana nest.

Shower did not work. The water remained on always and required staff to come in to turn it off. Safe did not work. Batteries were dead? But it was inoperable. The sliding doors do not work and looks like previous guest attempted to open and knocked off its track. Could not enjoy ocean breeze on balcony.
