Cold water in the shower , even after 10 min running was still cold . Stained yellowish towels . Only shampoo no conditioner, couldn’t brush out my hair was so dry after only shampoo . Hole in the screen , sliding door was not opening easy , had to really fight it . Last day we went on the hotel beach on their lounge chairs and the maintenance man tried to kick us out stating someone paid for these particular chairs and reserved them . We told him we would leave when they show up , but no one showed up … Overall great location , ferry working great , hotel is old falling apart no pool mess around but they are charging like they were 5 stars !

Property needs a great amount of renovations.

Condition of the rooms. Walls needed paint. New furniture are needed in the rooms and the cabinets are old.

Great location . Fun beach bar . No carpet in room .

This location was great for us! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the beach access a few steps away from the hotel. The boat people who took us to Christiansted were always friendly and on point. Overall great experience.

The only thing we didn’t like was waiting for beach towels in the morning.

Outdated but whole lot cheaper than others on island

I liked the fact that it was on the beach - literally! The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, welcoming, helpful, supportive and engaging.

The building is old and should be modified to accommodate modern times. Since there is no elevator a ramp should be built on half of the stairs so guests wouldn’t have to lug their suitcases up flights of stairs. There could be outlets put near the bedside table.

Location was on the beach which was nice

Pool was closed, outdated rooms and facilities, rooms were closed down and they were booking beyond capacity

Do not believe the pictures online the property is not up to par has no restaurant rooms are overpriced

The facility is very tired charges and exorbitant amount. The hotel is pitiful.
