Sehr hellhörig. Der Boden war sehr dreckig, unser Baby hatte nach kurzer Zeit schwarze Hände und Beine. Die Rolläden haben sich nicht schließen lassen, sodass es immer sehr hell war. An der Wand war sehr viel Schimmel direkt neben den Bett was sehr unangenehm war. Teilweise hat sich die Holzwand auch aufgelöst und es war ein Loch enthalten. Der Backofen war ebenfalls so dreckig. Das man ihn nicht nutzen wollte. Auch wenn es draußen kühl war, war es super warm in der Wohnung und man hat keine Möglichkeit diesen zu kühlen.

El mantenimiento, como publican otros huéspedes hay una mancha enorme de humedad en la pared, los colchones hay q cambiarlos urgentemente, tiene una persiana rota, el microondas no funcionaba y nos trajeron otro viejo sin llevarse el anterior, la televisión es muy pequeña

Overall, I had a good stay. I appreciated the option to leave luggage before check-in, the kind and helpful host, and the availability of coffee, tea, and basic supplies like toilet paper. The location is very convenient, though a bit noisy due to street traffic. Neighbors were quiet and respectful.

On the downside, there was mold on the wall, the bathroom is very small (especially the shower), and some maintenance issues need attention, such as a loose door handle and a broken toilet paper holder. The furniture also looked worn.

Nothing. Dont believe the good reviews ! Booking will not help you also as the property is handling the payments! Carefull ! The appartment had a huge water damage and mold. When i called the Host, they just told me there will be no new water comming and that they did not fix it due to insurance reasons. So they knew about this damage and still decided to keep the calendar open for booking. There was hair on the mattress, even if a cleaning fee of 70€ was charged.

The appartment was completely run down. Almost every appliance and furniture was damaged to a state where it is just disgusting to stay in the apparrment. Dont believe the good reviews. I am not a critical person, and i understand that things get used and may not be changed immediately, but what happend here was an incredibly bad experience. The least problem is the furniture and the wallpaint, everything is scratched, damaged, allready teared down. The worse part was the huge water damage and mold in the room next to the bed. This is a health hazard. I told the Host about it, and they told me they know about the issue, they assure that no new water would come in and that they did not fix it yet due to insurance reasons. This means they were fully aware of these issues and decided to keep the calendar open for bookings, even if the mold was a health hazard. Ruining the health of your guests for a few euros seems to be the mentality and work philosophy of this place. Also they charged a 70€ cleaning fee, but there was hair on my mattress like in a barber shop. It was just dirty. Would you like to sleep on a bed where somebody shaved and the cleaner did not even clean it ? The worst part is, the payment is handled by the property, so booking will not help you and try to give you some 10-15% discount on a next stay. They take a security deposit which i did not recieve back even after 7 days. I did not even stayed 1 hour in this appartment due to mentioned issues. Please look at the pictures for yourself. Awfull experience. Stay away if you value your health, money and time.

L'appartement est situé dans une rue assez bruyante mais le double vitrage, estompe bien le bruit.

La ubicación y la anfitriona qué fue muy atenta y con mucho empeño en contactar para qué llegásemos bien.. gracias !!

Tenía mucha humedad, con una gran mancha en la pared que rebosaba agua. La ropa de cama guardada en los armarios no estaba muy limpia

L'appartamento era in una posizione ottima. Era attrezzato con tutto il necessario anche per cucinare e lavare con la lavatrice. Molto spazioso e luminoso.

Il bagno è senza finestra, la doccia con la tenda e il phon non era molto potente. I muri dell'appartamento erano abbastanza sottili perché si sentivano i vicini.

The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Mariana was very helpful in providing places and things to go to while we were visiting.

Appartement propre et bien situé. Check in facile. Pedro a été gentil et nous a remis les clés de l'appartement plutôt que prévu.
