For the price, its a beautiful apartment. Really big, good facilities and amenities, and very clean too!

Communication is very poor, had to ask twice for the code to get keys, and this was after check-in time. Also its VERY easy to get lost in the building trying to find the apartment. Some directions would have helped

The location

Just a few little details that need fixing The balcony door in the lounge needs repairing, it does not shut properly so it is draughty The shower head needs replacing , cannot have a proper shower you need to hold the shower head in your hand The tv remote some how did not work for us

Great location for what we needed. Lovely quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. Very tidy, large apartment. Everything we needed to chill and relax prior to the event. Easy to access the apartment and apartment staff were extremely friendly and helped us locate where our apartment was

The process of key collection could be better. The garage has very limited space to park so felt like we were getting in the way of people trying to get fuel. The soft furnishings in the living area had a lot of ground in, long term stains on them. Not a massive deal but the carpets could do with a deep clean as they look quite mottled with old stains. As well as the sofa and chair. The previous occupants had left dirty dishes in the dishwasher which wasn't pleasant and should have been checked by the cleaning staff before we arrived. I cleaned them myself and put them away as I didn't want to incur a charge for something we hadn't done. The shower head , as previously stated in other reviews isn't fixed to the wall but that didn't bother us as we were out early in the morning. As modern as the bathroom looks, the floor looks a bit like it's got water damage and the bath panel is split and there's a sticker fixed inside the bath to block a crack or hole maybe? Wasn't sure. Again it didn't bother us as we didn't use the bath.
