Well serviced and appointed, clean, spacious..Convenient 24/7 key pick-up.. Comfy bed and great selection of pillows and blankets.

Maybe more clear check-in instructions (e.g) entrance door/fob and what floor the apartment is on?

The apartment was spacious The bed was really comfortable Amazing location

-please consider fixing the shower it is letting the property down and could be a really lovely place if this was sorted. -it wasn’t clear whether the bedding was clean on the duvet for the sofa. -it’s very unclear the check out time 10 or 11?
