Central Spacious 1 Bed Luxury AP

Close to centre, double bed was amazing.

We didn't receive instructions as to where the sofa bedding was until the morning we left despite sending a message on our first night

Excellent stay and location...very spacious, nice and warm...comfy bed and comfy sofa plenty of storage , close to amenities and city centre resteraunts and bars .

Unfortunately the shower needs fixing ..it works but the support rail has broken and limescale in the sink .

Hi I returned the keys back this morning to the Gulf garage   But I had a few concern  1. The shower wasn't attached to the wall and I had to hand shower which made it difficult  2. The fridge was really filthy and there was mould inside  3 there were a pack of tablets left in the Toilet on the shelf and the sponges that were left in the property buy the sink were brown and smelt  Also.at 2pm last night the fire alarm was set off and the fire bridge was called and we were evacuated and didn't get back to sleep until 3pm  I am very upset as we went to Birmingham to visit family and had to experience all. The apartment was in safe and central location It was large light and spacious

This apartment has the potential to be luxury but falls down on general maintenance ( broken shower) and cleaning was to a minimum ( mirrors , floor etc basic utensils chipped cups only 2 ) I do not like giving negative reviews but it would just take some attention to detail to make it a really good flat

The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Very spacious and good for a quick stay.

No hair dryer when stated that there was. No soap in the bathroom and faulty balcony door.

Very clear instructions. Host kept us informed every step of the way. The apartment was just what we needed. Everything to make our stay pleasant was available to hand.

The bath room is lovely. However the shower itself need some attention. But that did not take away the comfort of the apartment but, it just made showering a little awkward.

Checking in was a hassle. Upon booking I received a message stating the check in instructions would be sent the day before check in. The day before and I received nothing so I contacted the hosts who then advised instructions would be sent on the day of the booking. On the day of check in I did receive the check in instructions which stated: "Provide the cashier with the collection code that was sent to you in a separate message" There was no separate message so again I had to contact the hosts who then replied saying the code would be sent to me at the check in time 3pm. A level of flexibility if the apartment is ready would be appreciated - ie perhaps send the code an hour or so before check in so that the guests have everything they need in preparation instead of having to wait by a petrol station for a code to come through on booking.com. Either way clearer correct comms is needed to state when I will be getting what I need, rather than me having to chase. It also took us a little while to find the actual apartment as we had to go through an underground car park and it wasnt easily signposted (imo), so anything they could do to help in this regard would be appreciated - little map with arrows/pictures etc. Things that should be hopefully very simple to improve, otherwise good stay.

The house was clean and spacious for two and the location was also good

Would liked to have more cutlery and vessels may be to toast bread and cook eggs and make tea.
