The place was filthy. I was shocked at how dirty this place was, I have never in my life experienced such dirty accommodation. I left within 30 minutes of entering, it was after 9pm when I arrived and the last thing I wanted was to find new accommodation but I had no choice. I handed back the keys and they were scanned, so the property owners know that they were handed back straight away, yet upon messaging them that I would be unable to stay due to the dirt and lights not working. They proceeded to tell me that I would not get a refund as the place was clean and lights were working. They basically called me a liar, yet I had evidence that they did not want to see. I sent the evidence via WhatsApp but they are just ignoring me.

It's cheap

Absolutely filthy. I don't think it was cleaned before we stayed, dirty on the floor and in the kitchen so wasn't hoovered and crumbs on the counters. No soap in the bathroom. So very questionable on whether or not our sheets were clean. All information on booking.com says check out is 11am, in the room however it said 10am, a bit suspicious. Lastly an absolute horrendous area, we did not feel safe, entrances and exits to the complex were surrounded by drug users and gangs
