"Wonderful stay in a truly unique house"

We had a great stay at New Hall, a beautiful Tudor house. The rooms were clean and spacious with super soft linen and towels. The kitchen was well equipped and the tea and coffee left out were a nice touch upon arrival.

A group of us stayed to attend a wedding nearby so a full length mirror would have been handy for getting ready.

"Lovely historic house"

Good size property with lots of space in every room. Lots of facilities like games but also a well stocked kitchen for cooking in.

The downstairs bath room had no ventilation and smelt damp all the time. The extractor appeared to be broken but no windows either. The beds are so hard, really really super firm mattress. It was not a comfortable sleep at all. Only the master bedroom up stairs has an ensuite. The other bedrooms are serviced by a downstairs bathroom, so not great when you need the toilet in the night.
