La cena en el restaurante Mexicano estuvo simplemente espectacular, nos encanta alojarnos con ustedes, el restaurante Aqua genial con su variedad de alimentos

No me gusta que aparten los camastros desde temprana hora, cuando una baja a la alberca despues de desayunar ya no encontramos lugar apto para disfrutar con la familia

El personal es muy servicial y atento

la piscinas astan padrisimas, solo la que tiene la casacada no se porque razon sacaba una espuma verde y olía a pipi (del lado de la cascada en las escaleras) otra cosa que no me gusta es que te saquen de la piscina a las 7 de la noche, normalmente en los hoteles es hasta las 9

We were in Mexico already and left our little rental Casa for an all inclusive treat for our anniversary. Luckily we had no flight to worry about. On our trip down to Mexico in November we used Booking.com. Never again. They overcharged us $100 dollars on one piece of luggage. I booked a second piece of luggage directly with Aeromexico and realized the discrepancy. I will never use Booking.com again because they don’t handle complaints themselves yo cannot get a fair decision. We tried many times to get fair compensation from Booking.com. If they would have dealt with us fairly they might still have future bookings with us but now we are done. Luckily the hotel Azul Ixtapa Grand went well with Booking.com which I had booked far in advance but I would recommend booking with someone different than Booking.com. Booking.com doesn’t have a decent way of dealing with any booking problems because you are not talking to Booking.com directly.

Dogs stay at this hotel. I didn’t see many little dogs. Guests are mostly Mexican and they had their big dogs up on the padded cabana at the pool. The cabana was a pleasant place for people but it was used as a dog bed. It is quite expensive to bring a dog to this hotel. I heard it was a thousand pesos a night. You better have plenty of money to bring a dog to this hotel and from what I saw there were very well -to - do guests at this hotel. Large families in the dining areas. Noisy families and screaming children. The parents of the screaming children did nothing to try to quieten the kids. Inside The big buffet restaurant, it echoed with the loud families. We had one a la carte dining night ruined by screaming kids.

La comodidad de mi cuarto, la cama muy cómoda, el restaurante contaba siempre con espacio, el personal de lo mas amable y la ubicación relativamente alejado para descansar es ideal.

Yo juro que la alberca era templada, estaba muy fría el agua y se sentía el choque de lo caliente del ambiente vs frio del agua. Perdieron mi ticket de toallas y tuve que arreglarme con la persona encargada porque me la querían cobrar. Creo que debería haber mas variedad en los menús de restaurantes y snacks, suele ser lo mismo en el caso de snacks y casi lo mismo en restaurantes.
