The house was huge, lots of bathrooms lots of toilets and the balcony was a nice addition, the big smart TV’s are also a bonus and I enjoyed playing Pool with my team.

Big house very stylish, most of the beds are king size beds it was lovey playing pool, and enjoying the home cinema system.

The host is helpful, the property location was really nice and central, the house if very big and spacious, The host was able to help us with bringing candles for a cake last minute.

The latest check out they could give us was only 1pm our train for for 3pm

Absolute dive. Looks like Beirut from outside, dirty nappies, burnt out prams outside the property, wouldn't let a pig stay. We arrived at the property and we weren't even able to stay (THANK THE LORD!!) because a previous guest had blocked her toilet with dirty nappies. The owner has not paid us back and booking.com are refusing to refund. HES A CON ARTIST DO NOT STAY OR BOOK THIS SH*t hole!!!

Only Location of Property was good near by citiy center thats it property was under refrusbriment amy of the door were not having porper locks to get out from room. Even Toilets were open with out Locks. Property was having may things to get change but still that has been Listed on Booking.com, Also Please make sure you pay your Deposit but wait to get back upto 14 days and if you don't pay deposit you want get access even if Host says we will allow you to enter but no deposit no entry wierd Booking.com has not displayed that condition unless you book it.

Host is like gost they will not respond you as Quick as required if we make payment and if we have some questions to ask they will barely recieve a call and respond unless you call them like hell. Best part is Booking.com also can't help on this when I've Raised this to them they were like we know this but we can't help you on this. Are they serious????

Big, spacious, enough room for a large group. Perfect for a short stay has everything you need £500 bank deposit is requested on arrival through bank transfer. However reading bad reviews, I was worried I wouldn’t get my money back but can confirm I did within 7 days in full. Overall can’t fault it for the price and location, and for the spacious rooms. Broken front door- unsafe Looks quite scary from outside. Communication is really poor- I understand the reasons but also hard when you’re travelling from far a little reassurance needs to come. When I did get through, Luke was helpful and Tim.

Good size

Property got broken into, lack of assistance from staff to make the property secure. A sneaky £500 security deposit is required upon arrival so don’t get caught out by this. The surrounding area isn’t great. Cleaners still in the property and not finished at 3.30 when check in was at 3. Says there js air conditioning in the property which there isn’t. A lot of work needed to get it up to standard. The balcony and terrace area I wouldn’t trust standing on.

Twice HOMETEL cancelled my booking just 2 hour before check in. They never answer calls if they do by luck same guy same voice but different names. We where with 7 year old and heavy rain in Leicester where homeless it’s was nightmare I request booking.com to take action against the host so other guest don’t have to suffer what we.
