Beds were clean & comfortable

Had the potential to be very good accommodation, however lacked basic maintenance and advertised facilities. For example- Kitchen did not have basics e.g. only two forks and three knives! (For 14) Only three chairs around the dining room table all of which were very wobbly.(we had to bring in our camping chairs to sit on.) Light bulbs & banister spindles missing. Also it stated there was parking and when I specifically asked about this was told to park in an area which we query as there were restrictions. We were issued with a parking ticket.

"house space was great to accommodate family outing"

communication with the owner is almost impossible and more than three weeks now after checking out still waiting for the £500 deposit paid beforehand. Number of attempts has been made to contact the property owner but has been completely ignored.

Nothing .. Absolute Rubbish

Very dirty ,, hair on the bed sheets .. garbage bags No lights .. had to go to Tesco to buy lights Toilet doors dont close Broken chair. They dont reply even if you called 100 times They will Never repay your Deposit .. Im waiting for 1 month they didn’t even replied once . Booking . Com was helpless.. And raised a complaint.. insisting to remove this rubbish from the website. And Finally Im going to Court to get my money back. Contact me if you want to join my case 07425452512 This business should be closed ASAP .

We had to call several times and email before we could get the £500 holding deposit paid to get access to the property. The key was just left under the doormat. The worst thing is 14 days on from checkout, there was nothing wrong with the property when we left. The agent has not yet refunded the deposit. I have made several efforts to call and message, but no response. I gave my ID and all information required to the agent. Now it's an issue to get my funds back
