The 300mm gaps in the bannisters because of missing spindles, the rat poison kept on the landing , the bathtub full of black bags , the cupboards with door handles missing filled with chemicals and junk , the curtains that didn't fit the windows leaving gaps, the double yellow parking rather than permit as described, light bulbs missing, general filth (you know it's funky when you debate buying new bedding and towels for 10!) or the downright lies told to us by property manager. Take your pick. Oh and the key wasn't in the keysafe upon arrival so we waited nearly 3 hours in very cold temperatures for a key. Quite frankly crack dens would of been better to stay in. Was promised a full refund via telephone now obviously been ignored now. We couldn't stay at the property and had to drive another 2.5 hrs to find somewhere suitable. Booking.com have given us £25 credit for the inconvenience, which is quite frankly an insult.
