"Paul was an excellent host, really attentive and made us feel very welcome."

The apartment was really well appointed and lovely and clean.

The communal areas really let this lovely flat down. I know the owner is trying to sort this out.

"We had a lovely stay in Portsmouth and the apartment is in a good location."

The property is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Paul is an excellent host, very helpful. Free parking was a very good bonus.

The smell from the bin room next to the entrance to the apartment block is very unpleasant on entering the hall. Unfortunately Paul probably is unable to rectify this.

"Good stay in Portsmouth"

Location was good. There were shops nearby. Easy to access the room and get the key. Walking distance from the railway station.

Bad odor outside the room in the lobby and entrance.

The location was perfect for what we needed it for.

We had some problems with the apartment but the owner was very quick to step in to help. He responded quickly to our messages and was very attentive to ensure a comfortable stay. Unfortunately the main issue wasn’t a quick fix but it was enough to see our stay through. We have given feedback directly to the owner on what could be improved and needed fixed in hope that future guests will benefit.

It was an amazing location, nice flat walk to Gunwharf Quay and Portsmouth city centre and an easy drive to Lee on Solent, Gosport & Southsea. The flat itself is lovely, more spacious than we expected and had everything we needed. Nice and clean. The parking was a real bonus !!

The upstairs flat had a very noisy child who seemed to be at their nosiest from 10pm, it didn’t bother us to much but it was rather loud at times
