apartment block has refuse room next to entrance way. the smell from the room was awful(only on entry and exit- property was clean and delightful)

Instructions were easy to follow

The location was amazing for the historic boat yard. Could not have been closer. We had a family memeber using a wheel chair and we were able to walk everywhere from the flat with her. Paul the owner gave good regukar, clear instructions on what to expect and how to check in. Living area spacious for 3 of us. Beds and bathrooms all good. A fee convenient food options nearby too including mini mart just along the road.
