Not linked to bookings.com took almost 2 hours to resolve. Either fix it on refuse online 3rd party agents. Hotel staff disinterested in resolving issue. I suspect this is an issue with this specific hotel. 2nd issue $200 hold on my CC? Why? Nothing in the room worth $200..

The Staff is Warm, Accommodating and Friendly as well as Helpful. The Food Satisfaction for the Hungary.

Nice place to stay, very clean.

I don't like the fact that the 200$ security deposit takes so long to post back to my account after my stay, and is supposed to be refunded within 3 to 5 business days of your stay.

Pool and room

The 200 deposit was hidden in booking on the last page. If u cancel, u have to pay for one night they tell they put a hold on your card and take the money instantly, and when u check out, you have to wait 3 to 5 days. The breakfast bar u have to be down at 7 no later they don't refresh it, so i went down 8. There were dry up potatoes, no fuit, the milk was watered down it wasn't good. The hot tub that was a joke was not hot. It didn't work properly, very disappointed i will not stay again 😔

Prompt check-in, very clean, comfortable bed

The rooms were nice and clean and the restaurant that eating the food was good but when we were in our rooms the fan we will go on and off and made us sick

The breakfast was cold and we need a little help there was no server no cook we had to go behind the bar to find cups and that should not have been and had to use restroom the conference restroom that was bad the morning receptionist was not very helpful

They stopped serving too early so we didn't get to try it

Hot tub wasn't Hot
