Nice room

The noise of running and jumping for above and beside me for hours

The rooms were nice and I had access to the pool from my room.

Hot tub was not on and they couldn’t find the key to turn the lights on after it got dark.

Beds comfortable, location great, price excellent. Breakfast decent.

Room had a strong musty smell, poor lighting and slightly outdated.

Everything except the room temperature

Very uncomfortable temperature wise in the room. Couldn’t enjoy the stay as a result

Thin walls. Breakfast non existent

The staff was very friendly and super helpful.

The elevators seemed outdated and scary to ride. I didn't like the huge 4×4 boards that stuck from under the bed. The hotel could use a bit more TLC.. but yet still nice especially for the price.

From the main entrance there were two employees outside . I believe on their way back in and the welcome was very nice. The staff from the front desk to the maids were super nice. We felt very safe and secure there. Was in town for a funeral and to have perfect strangers meeting you with a warm smile really helped my family a lot. We will use this hotel and location for any of our future stays.
