Hot tub was disgusting and got shut down. We asked for late check out and house keeping came barging in early!

at first the staff was nice. I went upstairs to check the room & see if it was clean before I grabbed my luggage out of the car. To my pain eye it was decent. Very strong pant smell but seemed clean minus some stains. Went to get my luggage and came back, my husband used the bathroom and the toilet handle was broken. I started to inspect the room a little more before we brought our luggage off of the luggage cart and found a bug squished in between the sheets and mattress. I went to inform the staff and they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. He said “I found an earwig in the bed I can upgrade you but no refund “. I informed him idc what type of bug it was I wouldn’t be staying in their hotel. Still refused to give a refund and won’t respond to the case I opened but I will never recommend this. I have photos and everything. A bug being squished in a bed is disturbing and disgusting

Nothing was good about this hotel other than the location.

Breakfast was sad dried eggs and dry cereal with no milk. Also nothing to drink other than lukewarm grape juice and burnt coffee. The pool was freezing and didn't open until 10 am when checkout is at 11. Elevator was also broke and when you look the stairs on the one side it was lock on the first floor.
