The attmasfeir of the inside was beautiful Breakfast was nice

Hot tub wasn’t as warm as we would of liked Pool was way too cold Beds were way too hard to sleep on kept waking up in pain.

As seen on other reviews, the chaffing dishes don’t work. The breakfast is from 6:00 AM to 9 AM. Too short. I went for breakfast at 7 AM and things were cold. Only thing cold should be cereal and juice. Variety is ok. Need warm food.

Location

The price of the room and the quality of the hotel didn’t match. At $178 per night the guests should have adequate accommodations such as towels and wash cloths. Some people didn’t get any and others not enough!

The location was good. The room & hotel in general were clean. Unfortunately there isn't mush to say that's good bc we had such a bad time...

As concise as possible - me & 2 friends stayed 1 night (Sat Sep 6). Our first few hours were fine, as the night went on it just got worse & worse. We decided to eat at their in hotel restaurant & the service was terrible. The waitress was nice but admittedly brand new with no training (her words). She didn't know anything about anything, harsh but true. When it came time to pay she had trouble adding totals & overcharged one of us. The food wasn't great, it wasnt bad just nothing to write home about. During the night me & the other 2 women I was traveling with could not get to sleep due to a lot of extremely loud noise coming from other guests on the same floor. At 2:41am we finally decided to go down to the desk to complain & when we opened the door there was already a man in the hall who said he was going to speak with the culprits of the noise. As part of our travel plans we were due to wake up at 6am so we got MAYBE 3 hours of sleep Saturday night bc of the noise someone was making. We are so incredibly disappointed in our experience. During breakfast (which was extremely lack-luster) on the 7th mingling with other guests we discovered they had the same terrible experience. During check-out I was not even asked how our stay was & am disappointed I did not get any chance to voice my concerns at the property.

Staff were very helpful and nice although I arrived really late at night due to flight delays. Hotel lobby is really nice enjoyed the massage chairs and room is clean and good size.

There needs to be long mirror in the room and needs to be more covers because the sheets were very light and we got cold
