Staff was friendly

Doors to the back parking lot were open and unlocked all night. I left the facility and came back at 4 AM and did not have to use my key to get in the door. It was propped open as it was when I left used the public restroom a good portion of the toilets were backed up and smelling of sewer feces. breakfast at 7:30 AM was a terrible ,filthy ,unsanitary nightmare. I literally watched a woman use her fingers to grab her sausage and French toast out of the container because there was no serving utensils to use. There was hair on the serving platters as you can see in the pictures below, the food was burnt and cold. Just awful, I have nothing nice to say about the breakfast experience.!

Location

Children were running up and down the hallway, yelling and causing a disturbance. We could hear them until the wee hours. The walls are thin and noise carries easily. It was not restful at all.

The room was very nice kind of luxurious for when I'm used to. The bathroom was big too really nice and claim plenty of towels. The price was was one of the best rates I've had in a long time less than $100 and you get more than just very basic necessities feels like they went all out for us. Also the staff was just as nice and as helpful as anyone could be they were even nice enough to give me a little extra time in the hot tub as I was celebrating my birthday very pleasant and friendly I would definitely recommend this place to someone. Also their breakfast was very impressive not just standard cereal eggs and maybe a couple pieces of bacon they had a lot to pick from. I don't normally write reviews I usually don't even just give it a quick rating but I had a wonderful time so they deserve it thank you.

They're just happened to be someone celebrating children's birthday at the same time I was which made it kind of crowded in the pool hot tub area so it was a little hard to enjoy it but I still managed and don't blame it on the hotel. Other than that though it was still a really great stay.
