They took $100 dollars of my deposit because of some stain on a sheet which will come out with bleach. They look as if their struggling for business and I will be reporting them to the BBB because I'm sure we are not the first people that they have done this to.

The hold on my credit card was extremely high compared to all the other hotel’s. The breakfast was nasty and cold .

Rooms and elevator overdue for renovation. Need new heating/cooling system. existing very noisy had to turn off heat at night..
