We weee supposed to be picked up at airport and person did not show up When we called several times they said on the way.. but never showed Had to call uber

Easy to book and check in was immediate. Great stay Special thanks for Tony for dropping me to the airport in his shuttle bus. Great staff. Location not too close to the junk food I was craving.

Clean, roomy, comfortable bed, nothing broken. Shampoo & Creme Rinse excellent! Hot Breakfast was exceptional . French toast was great. I dont like it when cinnamon is added in the egg batter 🤢 I was pleased and appreciated everything.

The only thing I dodnt like was no personal furnace/ ac. I like to control my own temperature. I didnt see a way to do that. I was chilly when I woke up the next morning and had to shower in a chilly room.

It was in a good location

The website stated that there was a hot tub and sun, but when we got there, and neither one of them were working in, the pool was extremely extremely cold to where we could not get in it. The staff threw our swim suits,towels and things on the floor, and they turned our keys off two hours prior to checkout.

I booked a room on Booking.com. When I arrived, they asked me to pay an additional $200 as a deposit. They didn't accept the money in cash, so I had to return it the next day before leaving. They accepted it with an information card. They returned the deposit after 7 business days. They probably didn't charge it. This information was not written when booking. Very bad service.
