The property was cosy well equipped such as kitchen to use everything to hand and iron and ironing board shower was easy to use

The couch in the living room needs attention as the recliner kept shooting out and hitting us on the legs which was a little frustrating the socket in the double room next to the dresser needs attention as was buzzing when I plugged the hairdryer in the radiator in the bedroom with the single bed in had a towel underneath as one wheel was missing was a little weary in case it fell and the beam next to the kettle needs attention as my friend got a splinter as she put her hand on it to go round as she was going down the stairs other than that it was lovely

Fantastic location with parking space across the road. Comfortable beds, with 2 ensuite bathrooms, one with shower, the master with a bath. Close to all restaurants, shops, and a 10 minute downhill walk to the lake.

Nothing major. Heating is set on timer and goes really warm very quickly. Reclining sofa has a mind of its own.

The cottage was very nice, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. Would definitely love to stay again.

I can't really fault the stay at all, apart from the sofa is old and the recliner part had a mind of it's own.

I loved the location In Bowness. The cottage had a cosy feel with very clean bed linen, the beds were very comfy. Everything worked in kitchen it was clean and the dish washer was good.

Sadly the cottage suffers with damp especially downstairs, it smelt and felt damp. The cottage needs repainting inside and the garden chairs were broken.

Size and layout was perfect

The upstairs neighbours were very noisy. Spent our whole last day clumping up and down the stairs incl 6.30 am

We loved the location, 2 bathrooms and the parking spot

WiFi is not great Slow when everyone connects (4 in ours( It really mattered as mobile networks also had poor coverage

Attached house round corner, could here them walking about, was quite bad on Saturday night

Location is perfect! Near the bus stop, 5-10 mins bus ride from main bus station. Staff are attentive and replies fast, I was even accommodated when I requested for earlier check in. Amenities are wonderful, even have dishwasher 👍 Direction/instruction to get to the cottage as well access was clear.. Gave extra info about area even … Will definitely come back 👍 Amenities are very good,
