Easy Parking, quiet location, short walk to club house

there hot water was only luke warm, had heater on all night still did not get hot, 3 of us stayed and not one of us could get the TV to work via remote, yes prob our age lol

Location, VFM & kids loved the clubhouse.

Our recent stay at the property was a bit of a letdown. The listing indicated that the place was undergoing refurbishment for the season, but we found little evidence of that during our visit. Having stayed in numerous chalets on this site over the years, we know what to expect, but I can confidently say this was our most disappointing experience so far. Everything was just mildly underwhelming. On a positive note, my parents were in another chalet on the same site (for a similar rate) and theirs was far more appealing. While the vintage kitchen didn’t bother us too much, we noticed a lack of essential items; there wasn’t even a bin bag or sponge provided to get us started. The fridge door was missing shelves, which made it quite tricky to store our milk. The living room was decent overall, but the carpet felt quite thin underfoot. In the single room, the bed was virtually unusable, even for a child. The metal support sagged so much that it was like trying to sleep in a hammock! The twin bedroom had one fine bed; however, the other one had missing slats, rendering it uncomfortable for any adult. On the upside, the double room had a comfy mattress, but it seemed like a small double, as two adults simply wouldn’t fit. One of the major issues we encountered was the TV. It didn’t work at all—not connected to the provided Wi-Fi, and we couldn’t make it connect. Additionally, there was no aerial for standard channels. While we don’t spend a lot of time watching TV on holiday, it’s always nice to have as an option for unwinding in the evenings or keeping the kids entertained in the mornings. The most significant concern was the shower situation. Technically, there is a shower, but it doesn’t function properly. While there is a bath with a shower hose attached, it lacked the necessary fitting to switch the water flow from the bath to shower, which was quite inconvenient. I ended up showering in my parents' chalet instead!

Microwave was stuck on timer so didn't know food was cooked, Shower didn't work, House layout was not the best I.e Balcony bedroom was layed out in proper and could do with re organising.... but apart from That on the whole it was a lovely stay... not enough food prep dishes.... 😫

The beds.sadly so uncomfortable we didn't sleep the mattresses have seen better days on the single beds and the tv has a mind of its own weither it connects or not lol
