Great on site club house and entertainment for the kids, nice big bar and plenty of room for kids to play.

Beds were very uncomfortable, after 5 days of tossing and turning I was absolutely exhausted. Bathroom was nice but the rest of the accommodation could do with an update.

Location

It wasn't as clean as expected cupboards were dirty the toilet brush was covered in poo. NO freezer I brought a second hand one and left it there. Was texted by host to say cleaner informed her of some.thing that was not true! Then I left and got accused of robbing a kitchen chair, bath mats and a green throw. When it was all there when I left. Ridiculous don't even bother booking and wasting your money.

"Clean, comfortable, and a great base to explore the area."

Clean, comfortable and great communication from the owners. Everything we needed in terms of cooking and cleaning was there. Great location to explore Great Yarmouth, Caister, Hemsby, Horsey Gap and the Norfolk Broads.

The place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We mainly came here to sleep.

The shower wasn't working properly.
