GBLocation was excellent
Unfortunately it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected, there was rubbish and debris when we pulled out sofa bed, fluff and dirt under beds, the shower upstairs flowed away slowly and when I removed trap it was jammed with dirt and hair , we had to put our shoes on straight after showering as the floor was dirty and made your feet black immediately if not , if they are paying someone to clean this property I think they should check their work because it’s not a satisfactory clean , and not good for business, it’s a shame because apart from the cleanliness we had a great stay

There was nowhere in either bedroom to put clothes and no comfortable seating in the lounge. Sofa beds I understand are not the most comfortable but when folded up couldn’t seat 8 people.

Cleanliness throughout property was very bad. Floor filthy-my twin babies crawled about and their legs were black!!! See pics. Grim around shower tray and sink. Oven still had bits in it and grease all over. Uncomfy beds. Freezer needed defrosting. Couldn’t close door properly. Water on floor when we arrived. Seems this was the case with another guest staying in June but nothing done about it!
GBThe location to the beach & town. The owner allowed us to come & stay a day later as the childen had a sickness bug. Very understanding.
Noisy in the back bedroom. There were places that had been missed by the cleaning team. The freezer was completely frosted up, so unuseable. The outside space is just the car parking area.
