The apartment was on the third floor with no lift.

Great communication with the host - any queries I had were answered promptly and the instructions on how to get to the property and access the apartment were clear and precise. Lovely balcony to sit on and enjoy the sunshine while having drinks in the evening, although it's shaded in the morning so was a bit chilly at this time of year. Comfortable beds, great shower. Parking was perfect - right outside the front door.

The stairway up to the property was a bit unkempt, with washing strewn over balconies on the way up the stairs. When we arrived someone was still cleaning the property even though we'd arranged to check in at 2 pm and arrived a bit later. The flat also smelled really strongly of some sort of fish curry on arrival - presumably from the previous guests. However it had gone by the next day. The freezer also needs defrosting - the door doesn't close and it wasn't usable. These are really minor points, however, and wouldn't stop me from recommending the property to others.

Good location, easy access with parking. Has all you need for a stay away.

Needs a little maintenance and better cleaning otherwise good.

Excellent location with parking only a few minutes walk from the city. Good size, warm apartment with wifi and easy check in.

Shower water was too hot and unable to turn down unfortunately. Freezer door wouldn't shut and the drawers were all iced up. Hopefully these can be adjusted.

Absolutely everything else. Really Really poor. We had floor boards that were uneven, a shower system that only delivers exceeding hot water (we had no showers at all during our stay) a tap that was loose and delivered a terrible smell... As for the living room it was awful. The sofa bed didn't come up because of the metal arm was broken off it, the tv didn't work because the remotes require battery's, the tv was set to a time at night-time where it would come off a channel and go onto a porn channel. Disgusting. I have 2 daughters aged 12 and 17 and they were not happy as I was not. The sofabed was absolutely filthy underneath it. All the draws and storage space was used by all of someone else's personal items. The storage cupboard was full of empty bottles and rubbish from the last customers which I found and thought it was absolutely lazy by the owner not to clean it. The list is endless. As someone who has worked in hospitality and done most job roles in hotels i was absolutely gobsmacked at the shear lack of maintaining a good cleaning rota - because this one was not. I got the impression the owner had given up.
