hotel en travaux aucun acces aux chambres et pas de petits dejeuners. On empoche l'argent mais on ne rembourse pas et on ne previent pas d'un probleme

ouvrir l'hotel, et au moins prevenir que la reservation ne sera pas honorée

Pas grand chose

Lors de la réservation, on n'a pas été prévenu que l'hôtel était en rénovation. Nous sommes arrivées tard et impossible de joindre quelqu un. Pas de papier toilette dans les WC, des cheveux sur le lavabo, le sol pas très propre mais peut-être dû à la vieillerie de l'établissement ....

J'ai indiqué plusieurs sourires mais malgré tout la chambre a besoin d'un rafraîchissement de plus isolation bien moyenne, odeurs du tabac des voisins et bruit des véhicules passant à côté, hormis ceci tarif intéressant
