L'absence de solutions de la part du personnel était inacceptable. Ils ont annulé deux chambres que j'avais déjà payées, prétextant qu'elles étaient déjà louées et me conseillant de trouver un autre hôtel. J'avais réservé cinq chambres, dont deux ont été annulées une heure seulement avant mon arrivée.

J'ai été prévenue, alors que j'étais en chemin depuis Rennes, que l'hôtel ne pouvait plus nous recevoir pour un problème technique. Il ne m'a été rien proposé à la place.

Helaas hebben we dubbel betaald. De betaling bij bookng was niet binnen gekomen. Het regende dus nog maar een keer betaald om binnen te komen.

Zeer luidruchtige bovenburen dus erg gehorig. Er werd ergens gerookt. De verwarming deed het niet, het was er 16 gr.

J'avais prévenu dans la journée d'une arrivée tardive mais je me suis retrouvée devant un portail clos sans code pour accéder. Un couple qui arrivait nous a ouvert. Ensuite, impossible de récupérer les clés des chambres car la borne ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de joindre le numéro d'astreinte malgré plusieurs appels répétés. Et pour couronner le tout, une galère pour ressortir car il fallait le code du portail. Sommes repartis à 2h du matin avec 6 enfants dans la voiture sans avoir pu se reposer. Non remboursé bien évidement. Bref, ne pas arriver de nuit
