"Manque d’information"

L’accueil, la chambre rénovée récemment.

L’hôtel 1ere classe étant en travaux c’est l’hôtel kiriad qui gère les réservations. A l’arrivée rien ne l’indiqué. Nous avons donc été bloqués au portail et quand j’ai téléphoné au numéro de la réservation ils n’étaient pas au courant. Perte de temps et stress à l’arrivée .

"Si vous faites des travaux dans un hôtel fermé le complément"

Le prix de la chambre

On a du prendre notre petit déjeuner au kiriad en face : pas de tasse à café, pas de recopia confiture , pas de pain, et beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu’on a mangé une personne pour tout gérer est-ce normal
