La climatisation était non fonctionnelle!!! 30 degrés dans la chambre! Avec un enfant de 2 ans! Scandaleux !!!

Rien car impossible d'avoir la chambre.

Rien car pas de chambre pour porter un jugement, booking long à la détente, visiblement l'I A ne connaissait ce cas, compliqué pour avoir une personne humaine au téléphone. On devait me rappeler, j'attends toujours..

Manque de communication à l'arrivée, pas reçu de code pour accéder au parking, bâtiment en travaux, pas de gel douche et savon au lavabo. On vous propose le petit déjeuner à 7€, et pour finir tu paies 11€ parce que on mange au kiriad??

"L'hôtel n'assure pas la réservation et me laisse gérer TOUTES les démarches"

Rien : l'hôtel n'a pas honoré ma réservation

L'hôtel m'a appelée le jour même de la réservation pour me dire qu'ils ne pourraient pas l'honorer car ils n'étaient pas en capacité de produire des clés. Ils devaient contacter booking pour annuler la réservation (si je le faisais de mon côté le.jour même, je ne pouvais pas être remboursée). Ils n'ont rien fait, ne répondaient pas aux sollicitations de booking : j'ai dû faire les démarches moi même pour que la réservation soit annulée et être remboursée, et j'ai dû réservé un autre hôtel le jour même, donc réserver une chambre beaucoup plus chère.

Si la note de zéro existait je l’aurais mise

Accepte et confirme des réservations alors que l’hôtel est en travaux et on peut même pas rentrer, personne pour nous renseigner !!on a dû aller à l’hôtel a côté pour pouvoir séjourner
