Yu Kiroro, Ski-in Ski-out Luxury Residences

The apartment is well equipped with kitchen, washing machine and appliances that makes it easy to cook and wash ski gears. The living area is quite big, which is good for traveling groups to hang out. Overall it is very clean, the beddings were quite comfortable. The restaurant inside the hotel is also reasonably priced. The ski valet service is very good, the boards are out and dry on mornings when we leave for the slopes.

Its location is not a real ski in ski out, you need to take the lift to the main ski area. The ski in slope is not friendly for snowboarders so you have to take the gondola back to the hotel area. There’s not many food options nearby, only alternatives are restaurants in the ClubMed and it’s quite expensive.

Food is ok but it would be great if it could be more flavorful.

Lack of door step parking lot

Everything was perfect except "No towl policy at OnSen' It was really unpleasant to bring towl from my room to OnSen and to see the locker room floor all wet, when it should have been dry, due to the no-towel policy at the OnSen. I'm not sure if this is their 'green policy,' but it definitely needs to be corrected.
