Beautiful ski resort. Friendly staff, beautiful apartment, great skiing. Great ski in ski out location

At times service at the restaurant was slow. But staff always genuinely wanting to help. Food options were great though.

Location was great, easy access to ski field gondola. Apartments were clean and beautiful. Bed was lovely. Facilities were great. Breakfast buffet was great.

Smoking area at the front entrance to the hotel, at times smoke came into lobby and cafe area. Yukashi restaurant was a little hit and miss, Japanese menu was disappointing as not authentic. Would have loved an outdoor coffee stall or van in the snow with seating. Third party shuttle service to Otaru not operated by hotel. Free shuttle would have been amazing.

Had to take hire gear back to the centre after use - a pick up service would be great

Beautiful apartment

Most guests using it as a hotel but rooms not serviced every day. Restaurant not big enough and not able to get dinner when we arrived - had to use room service which was more limited and more expensive. An email to let us know to book dinner would have been good before arriving.
