Chic 2 Bed Near Alton Towers, Polar Bears, Peak District

Lovely property, very clean and cozy. Close to town and plenty of things to do. Hosts were very accommodating!

Door was difficult to unlock from the inside and had to use the side door, but other than that the property was amazing :)

Location was brilliant, really easy to find. Lovely welcome pack. Eveything you needed in the kitchen, rooms were exactly as you see them in the pictures. Comfy beds and lovely outside space.

Only small niggles which did change a great weekend. I am a light sleeper so the boiler in the bedroom turning on at night was not great. However, my husband did notice it at all. Already aware from the photo but bath is small, if you like a soak in the bath be aware. The shower is great though.

We liked everything about it

This property was perfect for a short break. It's a 5 minute drive from Peak Wildlife Park, an excellent park with a variety of animals. The cottage has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The Yew Tree Inn at Cauldon is a 5 minute drive away, and there is a local chip shop in Waterhouses, just along the road.

Warm & cosy. Good facilities and all mod cons. Great location.

Close to Alton Towers and nice hikes. Cottage is a perfect find for a weekend away. There was also a great care package we found on arrival that help us settle in very well.

I should have checked but two double beds instead of one room with two singles meant some negotiation with teenagers...

Location to Alton Towers. Lovely cosy cottage. Free parking onsite. Fully kitted kitchen. Everything you need for a short break.
