The iconic Suite

This was my second time staying at this property, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing compared to my previous visit. We were traveling with two vehicles and had paid for parking for both cars after making our reservation. However, I was notified only about an hour before check-in that one of the parking reservations had been canceled and refunded. I was told there would be parking available across the street, but when we arrived, that lot was completely full. Another alternative location was suggested, but it was also full and was approximately a 10-minute walk from the property. As a result, I spent a significant amount of time searching for parking and ended up paying substantially more than expected. The last-minute change and inaccurate parking information caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Overall, this was not a good experience and did not meet the expectations set by my previous stay. I also reached out by text for assistance and clarification, my messages went unanswered.

The apartment was extremely dirty. Crumbs on the kitchen table, floor throughout was sticky and extremely dirty to the point where I did not want to take my shoes off, couch had stains, bed linens had stains, smears all over t.v.’s and mirrors, bathroom counters had smears of something on them. Bathroom mat still had foot impressions from last guests, underwear, condoms and pills in bathroom drawer. Under the beds were gross. Cheap unsupportive mattresses. One coffee cup with two coffee pods, no creamer and only stevia no sugar. No other condiments even though it had a full kitchen. Overpriced for less than Hotel 6 accommodations.

noisy. the traffic from the highway downstairs is unrelenting. There were no coffee pods and I had to go out and buy specialty coffee pods for their brand of coffeemaker. It would be better to have a drip coffee maker so that you could put any ground coffee into it.

Property is very well taken care of almost brand, new, clean, and tidy, plus the beds were comfortable too
