We've been in 48 countries already, and this is the best hotel I've been at. -Staff: trained, polite, available... they're the top of the top. It's obvious they do it from the bottom. They mane u feel the only client, calling u by your name, asking, suggesting... never seen that. -Facilities: Eden Garden. Such a beautiful green spot, peaceful, well taste decorated...swimming pool is far apart best ever, like a lagoon with pool bar. Better than pics. -Room: everything you may need. Clean to the top, equipped with everything you may need. Shower was awesome. Bed was huge and perfect combination of soft and steady. I don't sleep this good in my own home. - Services: tuktuk at your service (hire that option), food fingers, swimming pool cocktails... no words. Free laundry if you stay more than 4 nights. And best massage in town (not 10 $/hour but you'll see the difference). -Restaurant: breakfast fresh, huge variety and delicious. If you can, make reservation with lunch or dinner included... my God, pure high cousine khmer style. Adore it. -Surroundings: there's a daily local market next to hotel with phone simcards and tons of food (even fresh fish/seafood you buy and the cook) at ridiculous price. Walking to city centre is like 20 minutes, but tuktuk included saves the sacrifice. Wishing to be back. Can't thank enough to Muny, Saling Miguel and all the team. It was hard to leave. Absolutely everything was perfect.

We had a 8-night vacation at this hotel and this is a wonderful place to stay in Siem Reap. We were cared for by an amazing team (Miguel, Sophea, Sophal, Hen, Vechheka, Somaly and so many others) whose kindness and hospitality were incredible. Evertything surpassed our expectations : our suite (spacious and immaculate), the restaurant (fresh and varied, we tried the baby bees), the Spa (the Khmer, feet and Swedish massages were perfect!), the pool (beautiful and serene), the vegetation (nice lighting at night, blooming flowers)... The front desk advised us on an excellent tuktuk driver (Sophon, so reliable and friendly) who we kept for our stay. The temples and city center are easily accessible (without the hussle and bustle of the very center, the hotel was quiet and relaxing ; an authentic market with food and local goods is located just near the hotel), the hotel vehicle was on time to pick us up and drop us off at the aiport (it's a 50 min drive). Thank you so much for making our vacation in Siem Reap unforgettable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Staff, services, breakfast, dinner, swimming pool, rooms, cleanliness. Everything was perfect. Vinn, Salin and the other members of the staff are very friendly and available for any issue. Their main mission is to create the perfect vacation for all the guests.

Super nice place for an incredibly good price. The whole staff was overly nice and very pleasant and the Spa manager was very nice and personable. Very comfortorble bed and very nice room. We will be back!!! thank you

Staff were (traditionally) very polite but you did get the feeling that they really did care about your wellbeing. The complex is stunning and the rooms, out of this world.
