Excellent hotel and facilities. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Larfe rooms and super comfy beds with crisp fresh linen. Amazing pool. Very good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will most certainly come back. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

We had an excellent stay here from the moment we arrived until check out. Very welcoming stuff, got checked in by Ms Soriya, spotlessly clean room with access to the huge pool. We are Siem Reap residents and spent our anniversary day here, which I might have mentioned in my reservation somehow while requested a late check out, which was granted 🙏. To our surprise, the housekeeping staff decorated our room with great efforts, even a hand painted "Happy Anniversary" greeting on the bed, the bathtub filled with warm water and rose petals. What a beautiful surprise. Thank you to everyone involved in this effort. The room is fantastic, the outside area with pool view is perfect to relax with mosquito repellent spray, ceiling fan and a comfortable laying area. Landscape, the 2 swimming pools, the garden and spa are perfect for a staycation even when living already in this beautiful city. Breakfast was buffet style, included in our room rate and nothing was missing. Excellent service also here, with a wide selection of choices Western and Asian. Overall a well maintained resort, with amazingly well trained staff, which understands and loves hospitality. As a former hotel GM myself in Germany, Philippines and Cambodia, I would be very proud, working with this team. In summary, this is a true value for money accommodation with high end service!

The layout of the hotel is simply stunning; the rooms are huge and surround a massive central pool which can be accessed directly from the various suites (there are 8 rooms per suite). The pool is beautifully laid out with a few shady spots and nice gardens.

Although the surrounding area is not very attractive and a bit outside the city centre, the hotel is only a few minutes away from the centre by tuk-tuk.

Excellent staff, and delicious meals both at the breakfast buffet and at the restaurant. We felt pampered by the staff every step of the way who were very attentive to our needs and wishes.
