We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable – they were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. One of the highlights of our visit was the very romantic honeymoon room decoration, which was very beautiful arranged. It added such a personal and special touch to our stay, making it truly memorable. The hotel itself was beautiful, with great attention to detail in both the rooms and the facilities. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Siem Reap. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a personal touch. Thank you to the amazing team (especially Lin) for making our stay so special!

requested early check in, and they agreed, but room was not ready staff were polite but seemed not to know what to do, breakfast was a hot buffet but it was stone cold , again check out staff seemed a bit lost, but were polite and friendly
