Beautiful rooms, great pools and equipment and the massage is very good and professional. Really appreciated their her work .

Reception staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They offered takeaway breakfast boxes for the days when we left early for sightseeing, and even offered to open breakfast half an hour early for us. Rooms were in good condition and as expected. Generous provision of complimentary filtered water in the room.

At breakfast, while there was decaf coffee available, most of the staff did not understand 'decaf' so we had to ask around a bit to get that. Airport transfers offered by hotel were $55 each way compared to a booking.com taxi which charges $25 each way.

There isn't literally anything to be liked. Avoid this place.

This hotel was a deeply disappointing experience, and I strongly advise avoiding it. We were overcharged and manipulated into paying additional fees that were explicitly promised to be refunded. Instead of being returned, the money was simply kept. This felt dishonest and unacceptable. The facilities are dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. The rooms are located in two unfinished buildings, meaning you are literally staying in a half-constructed property. This is not disclosed in advance and creates an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere. The rooms and furniture are old, stained, and unhygienic. There are visible marks and dirt everywhere, and when we requested cleaning, it was either ignored or done very poorly. Housekeeping standards are far below what is acceptable. The breakfast is mediocre at best, with limited options and low quality. The location is also problematic—far from the city and situated in the middle of a local bazaar. This results in constant noise, unpleasant smells, and no sense of rest or privacy. The pool is deteriorating and unsafe. Several guests reportedly suffered cuts and physical injuries, which is extremely concerning and indicates serious neglect. Overall, this place does not meet basic hospitality, safety, or honesty standards. Avoid this hotel if at all possible.

Shower needed some maintenance but just the handheld
