Difficult to park, very narrow road outside

A beautiful little house, extremely comfortable and perfect for our break. It had everything we needed and made for a really relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend

Very close to shops, pubs etc. Lovely big comfortable bed. Pretty back yard, private and sheltered. 20 minutes walk to the beach. Good public transport. Helpful staff. Beautiful beach. Baby seagulls hatching out on the roof of the industrial building opposite the cottage.

No pint of milk in the fridge when we got there, or any kind of welcome pack...no spare loo roll....... parking was down the road and very tight in a bigger car. Attention to detail was poor. Front room rug was very gritty, kitchen drawers, cutlery tray, cutlery, kettle etc needed a clean. Cottage view is romanticised by the name.

This is a charming cottage with everything you need for a home from home stay. We were able to visit family locally and have some space to relax.

All was perfect.

How homely the house was. Everything you needed was provided for you. Overall such a lovely place to stay

The stairs were very narrow when going down them and had to do side-step down rather than a normal step but that is to do with the age of the house.

I loved the decor and the little courtyard garden

I didn't like the stairs as they were very steep. Also the bed which is metal was annoying as when you moved in bed the noise woke you up.

Everything. So well decorated, laid out and in a super location. A few special touches from owner - wine and chocolates to greet us - made it even better. Owner also stocked us up with those essential provisions which we were so grateful for 👍👍

Difficult location to find and parking a challenge

The cottage was amazing, perfect location for centre of Gorleston. Everyone is provided for in the cottage. We loved to log burner in the evening.

The stairs are steep and steps not very wide but this is expected in a cottage house. Some people may find this a problem.
